Certain raw materials in the silicone industry possess flammable properties, posing potential fire safety hazards such as electrical ignition and
spontaneous combustion. The company's management places high priority on fire safety management at the facility, adhering to the safety principle of "prevention first, combined prevention and suppression," and incorporating regular fire drills into annual key safety production tasks.
To strengthen fire safety management on the premises, enhance employees' awareness of fire prevention and safety measures, and ensure the safe and orderly operation of the silicone production line, Fujian Sanpu Rubber & Plastic organized a fire emergency drill for all staff in 2026.
The drill simulated a fire emergency involving materials in the workshop, comprehensively covering procedures such as personnel emergency evacuation, practical operation of fire extinguishers, instruction on firefighting equipment, and presentation of safety case studies. All staff properly performed fire scene evacuation exercises, personally operated fire suppression equipment to extinguish simulated fires, and systematically acquired professional knowledge regarding fire prevention, fire control, and risk avoidance in the rubber and plastic workshop.
This exercise further reinforced the primary responsibility of enterprises for workplace safety and enabled employees to proficiently master emergency self-rescue and initial fire suppression skills. In the future, the company will continue to conduct regular fire safety training programs, rigorously identify potential hazards in workshops, and strengthen the fire prevention safeguards across the entire facility.
