The training focused on key positions including production, storage, and equipment operations, featuring practical and hands-on content to enhance operational awareness.
Focus on the characteristics of the industry, and hit the core of silicone production risk
Fire instructor deeply analyzes the fire hazards in the manufacturing process of silicone:
High temperature equipment risks: the long-term high temperature operation of vulcanizer, oven and other equipment may ignite the surrounding combustible materials. The instructor emphasized the daily management norms of "equipment temperature measurement and inspection" and "smooth heat dissipation channels";
Chemical safety: storage taboos of additives such as silicone oil and catalyst (such as light avoidance, anti-static), leakage prevention measures and emergency treatment methods during use;
Dust control: The flammable dust environment that may be formed in the process of mixing and feeding of silica gel powder should strictly implement the requirements of "wet operation" and "timely cleaning";
Control of hot work: temporary hot work such as maintenance and welding must be carried out with "three guarantees" of "isolating combustible materials + special supervision + pre-positioning of fire fighting equipment".

Industry accident shocking education: combined with the real cases of silicone enterprises in recent years, such as static electricity igniting solvent vapor and high temperature equipment overheating spontaneous combustion, reveal the devastating consequences of illegal operation;
Fire extinguishing skills for all: According to the combustion characteristics of silica gel, focus on training the operation skills of dry powder fire extinguishers for solid fires and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers for electrical fires, and organize employees to fight simulated fire sources in turn;
Escape and evacuation simulation: drill rapid evacuation along the fire escape in the smoke environment, emphasizing the key points of "low posture, cover your mouth and nose, do not take the elevator".

Moving forward, we will integrate fire safety standards into the' Silicone Production Safety Operating Procedures' and implement digital approval for hot work permits, effectively plugging risk loopholes at their source."
