Safety is the lifeline of corporate development and the safeguard for the well-being of all employees. To further strengthen safety production responsibilities, enhance safety awareness across the organization, and reinforce production safety measures, Sanpu held a specialized safety training session on April 30,2026. The session focused on key safety principles and comprehensively outlined safety management strategies, with all relevant personnel in attendance.

At the meeting, the responsible official, guided by the core principle of "Safety First, Prevention Foremost, and Comprehensive Management," and drawing on typical accident cases from the industry, provided a clear and in-depth analysis of the key priorities, challenges, and potential risks in current workplace safety practices. The presentation covered critical aspects such as job-specific safety operating procedures, proper equipment usage and maintenance, risk identification and hazard investigation, emergency response protocols, and the correct wearing of personal protective equipment. It clarified the safety responsibilities of each position and emphasized that "hidden dangers are more perilous than open flames, and prevention is better than disaster relief," stressing the necessity to resolutely eliminate complacency and any sense of gambling mentality.

The meeting emphasized that workplace safety is no trivial matter, and responsibility weighs heavier than Mount Tai. All personnel must remain vigilant regarding safety at all times, internalize the safety philosophy, and translate it into concrete actions; strictly adhere to safety regulations, standardize every operational procedure, and identify every potential hazard, ensuring that "everyone prioritizes safety, every task contributes to safety, safety is constantly considered, and safety is upheld everywhere." Additionally, all positions are required to strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, enhance daily self-inspections and self-corrections for safety, foster an environment of comprehensive safety management involving all staff, and prevent various safety incidents at their source.

This safety training session further strengthened Sanpu's foundation in workplace safety management and significantly enhanced all employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities. Moving forward, Sanpu will continue to prioritize workplace safety, regularly conduct safety training and hazard identification and remediation efforts, and uphold a "zero-tolerance" approach to safeguard the safety baseline, thereby supporting the company's high-quality development.
