In accordance with the national Spring Festival holiday schedule and our company's operational needs, we hereby announce the holiday arrangements for our independent website and relevant departments as follows:
Holiday schedule
11 February 2026 (Wednesday) to 23 February 2026 (Monday), for a total of 14 days.
Resumption of Operations
Full line operations will resume on Tuesday, 24 February 2026.
Service Arrangements During the Holiday
Website and order processing:
The company remains accessible during holidays, with product information and materials available for reference at any time.
Online orders and business inquiries received after 17:30 on Tuesday, February 10 will be processed in sequence starting from February 24.
Customer service and consultation:
During the holiday, online customer service and sales consultants will suspend live support.

Logistics and Shipping:
We will do our best to arrange the delivery of all orders confirmed and paid before 17:30 on February 11th before the holiday.
During the holiday period, logistics delivery times may be extended due to the Spring Festival travel rush. We recommend planning your procurement and production schedules in advance and staying updated on carrier notifications.
Technical advice and project support:
For non-urgent inquiries regarding product technology or material selection, please email us. We will respond efficiently once operations resume.
Regarding ongoing project collaborations, our responsible colleagues will contact you before the holiday to ensure smooth workflow coordination.
After the Spring Festival holiday, we will resume providing high-quality polymer material solutions and professional services with a renewed focus.
